Located within a Los Angeles methane zone, this infill project required a complete soil gas mitigation system design.
CESCO prepared the mitigation plans, supported the plan check with the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS), and provided construction administration, responding to Requests for Information (RFI).
